Dr. Timothy Shanahan

I was born in Chicago and grew up in the western suburbs until moving to Naperville for my high school senior year. That is not the easiest time to move but I quickly met many wonderful people here…including my wife!

I graduated dental school at Loyola University, which was truly a wonderful school. I began building my practice in 1984 near Edward hospital and relocated a few years later to our office on the western side of Naperville. I moved to this great facility in 2006 which has allowed us to provide our patients with exceptional care in a modern and comfortable setting.

We have always made a great commitment to staying current in our practice, for continuing education, to the equipment and supplies, and certainly with technology. I personally feel very fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated, professional, and friendly staff.

My wife and I have raised four great children in this area and now have several grandchildren here as well. We still talk about what a great area this is for raising a family. Looking back on our practice and having so many wonderful people and so many deep connections, it has really made it feel like a family. I want to thank all of our patients for making this practice something that I feel is very unique and special.
