Dr. Shivam Patel

I grew up in Roselle, IL and attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for my undergraduate and dental school education. Following graduation from dental school, I completed a comprehensive training in implant dentistry at the AAID Maxicourse in Atlanta, GA in 2012. After accepting a position at the Atlanta Center for Restorative Dentistry, I then decided to relocate to Atlanta in 2013. Fast forward 6 years, my wife and I welcomed our son into this world! We decided to return home to Chicago to be closer to our family.  As the saying goes, “it takes a village to raise a child!” When I am not in the office, I enjoy new adventures with my wife and our 2 year old son. Whether this involves swimming or picking apples in an orchard, we do almost everything as a family unit.

I am committed to taking care of patients as if they are a member of my own family. My passion and drive is to take care of an individual and not just their mouth.  It is equally important for me to educate an individual so that they may continue to care for themselves and hopefully pass the knowledge on to others. I look forward to meeting you personally!
