Dr. Christopher Doran

While I make my home in Chicago I genuinely love working in the western suburbs. I earned my bachelors of science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. I then went on to receive my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While at UIC, I was awarded the Gould Memorial Scholarship for clinical excellence. Following completion of dental school, I completed a one-year General Practice Residency program at Loyola University Hospital and also a one-year Oral Surgery Internship at John Stroger Hospital of Cook County.

I became a member of the Shanahan & Cheung dental team in 2015 providing comprehensive oral surgery for the wonderful patients of the practice. I am committed to providing attentive and caring dental services. In my free time I love spending it with my wife (also a dentist!), and well as my young son.
